Rule 13
Conditions of not giving prior approval
In addition to the conditions mentioned in sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Act, the department shall not give prior approval to select workers in the following cases:-
(a) If the particulars mentioned in the documents submitted by the licensee for prior approval are found to be corrected, contradicted, added or altered,
(b) If the Nepali diplomatic mission or labor attaché abroad informs the department in writing that it is not appropriate to send workers to the country or employer organization that provides foreign employment.
